ALL ARE NEW, THEY HAD THEIR LITTLE STICKER TAG BUT IT DRIED UP AND THEY FELL. 13 ARE IN MINT, NEW WITHOUT TAGS CONDITION. 1 FLOWER GOT BROKEN FROM THE TOP OF THE STEAM AND 1 GOT BROKEN FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE STEAM, I DO HAVE THE 4” BROKEN PIECE.
