Good condition for the most part (lace and sequins have wear). I purchased it with the intention to do a haunted mansion bride costume, I just no longer have the space for it in my closet. The original owner got a little sweaty, so this dress will need to be cleaned. The very faded label says size 10, it is NOT a 10. I am a size 2-4, and it fits me like a glove. It does have the option to shorten the train by buttoning some of it as shown in the second image. The back is also 100% buttons, the waist has a small zipper, but other than that it is all real buttons.
